Room service boy Prabhu was excellent!!! Always Attentive and prompt in his services. A great asset to the company!!!

Not much choice of restaurant, there is only one in the hotel, and food not that great just average!!!

They have a nice pool. They had handy parking. They also have a free shuttle service to the beach. the property is walking distance to the marina. There were shops and take aways very close by. This property was very good value for money

Food was generally bad. Sadly . Got finished and sent replaced. Juice was like water.

Location, near metro and tram station. Close to marina. Room/apartment type spacious and clean. Lifts efficient Pool well kept.

Rooms old fashioned and dark, needs refurb. Towels quite thin and pillows on bed very hard. Traffic noise 24/7 from main Sheikh Zahed road as windows not fully sealed. Breakfast cooked food little choice.

This property is getting dated right now. In 2011, the place had a nice feel to it but now it is starting to look a bit run down.
