Is water park open all year? We want to come in april 2023?

All of our facilities including Aqua park operate normally during April, however only weather conditions may affect the opening of certain facilities such as Aqua park

Hello, is it possible for our family of seven (4 kids), to stay in a two bedroom family room with 5 twins and the sofa bed?

The hotel does not have a room type that can accommodate more than 5 people in total.

Dear Valued Guest, you are of course allowed to use the all inclusive package until the last minute of your stay in our resort, even if you have made a check out.

yes, of course , upon request we provide cots to our guests

Is there any age / height restrictions for the water slides?

children up to 1.2 meters are notallowed to use the water slides alone neither accompanied, according the Greek governmental restrictions. However, there are available activities and pools dedicated to our young visitors, such as the Pirate Ship.

is there many vegan options for all inclusive?

Our hotel does cater vegan meals. On our main restaurant, which is in a buffet style you may find food labels which presenting the ingredients of each meal. Furthermore, our dedicated staff will be happy to assist you whenever you wish.

Is there an option to check out late? As my flight isn’t until 11 o clock at night if I book and I will have 2 small children thankyou

An unexpected lovely experience

✓ The room was big enough for two people. In the room there was hairdryer, mini fridge, kettle and balcony. The staff was helpful, I could check in despite arriving a couple of hours early. The food that they serve was quite tasty. They also had vegan option. Alcohol percentage on the cocktails was okay for me and you could ask more if you want. I had a late flight and they offered me to use facility after the check-out. The pool, beach, sunbeds public areas were quite clean.

✗ Some of the drinks and foods were not included to the all inclusive option. The beach could be filled with more sand.

Great for families and children!!

✓ Ok let me write an honest review here. I did like that this hotel was near the airport which was great. A quick 8 min drive and was about $10. The hotel is big and has several different pools. Now I went with my family and a 10 month old baby, so this hotel was perfect for me. It was EXTREMELY kid friendly. there are children EVERYWHERE. I did not mind the child screaming in the hallways because my child was crying in the middle of the night too *jet lag* and it was great how all us mums were understanding, therefore if you DO NOT HAVE CHILDREN DO NOT COME HERE, please only mothers and fathers will understand! there are soooo many children facilities and there is several pools for babies and kids and an aqua park for children! the restaurant is very kid friendlY. Honestly my mother was saying to me "damn this is a children hotel for sure". The entertainment at night is literally for children, you have cinderella, baby theatre displays, costume entertainment. it was just great for kids.

✗ Now what I did not like was the lifts are only 2, huuuuuge hotel, 2 lifts and they are slow.. everyone has kids and everyone wants a lift and you can spend ages waiting. the beds are NOT COMFORTABLE, it is like sleeping on a cardboard but hey ho there is nothing they can do. the rooms - sea view was amazing loved it but the other side oh dear - please just book sea view, please. the food was okay, could be better. The two restaurants onsite was lovely. The Italian resturant is nice. I can't fault it too much, I would say I paid more for what it was. The location is far from town like 30mins on bus. We paid to go to farakili to do waterspouts which was 20 euros taxi each way, that side of the island is BEAUTIFULLLLLLLL but looks like adults only. so if you want adults only go to fairakili or old town.

✓ Many pools, large spaces ,private beach, food is available most of the day, the staff at the beach restaurant were very kind and made us special nuggets from chicken ,since the kids didn't eat fish sticks. food was fine the price is fair for the season peak (august)

✗ the room and it's building is very old , elevator is often not working properly (very old ) especially with baby stroller always need to find the right spot to locate the stroller in order to make the elevator respond. the sink hole in the shower was slow and there are no door/Curtin so the shower was flooded frequently. kids place/club was poor, wifi coverage was poor is some areas . pool/beach towels are not available most of the time (only when back from laundry which is not frequent enough ) close to the airport- so lots of landing planes are much heard.

Disappointing, to say the least.

✓ The quality of the food and the friendly staff

✗ There was a heavily unhealthy and disgusting problem with sewage in the bathroom - dirty water from the bath tub coming out of the drain on the bathroom floor and, much worse, water leaking from the toilet - resulting in the bathroom floor being constantly flooded with sewage water. Also outside the room - water from the baths/toilets on the second floor running visibly on the outside of the columns of the passage - rooms 2001 to 2010 or sth. My room was 2002. Resulting from that was visible and stinking heavy mold.
