✗ The front desk employee was very rude. He definitely did not want to be there and was showing it. He would speak too fast and when I asked them to repeat it he would get mad and raise his voice. His name was Cleiton or something like that. We had a 2 room reservation and he gave me only one room and when I asked for the second room he said there was only one room on my reservation. I had to pull out my booking confirmation for him to tell us that it was because the other room was under my other guests name. He was so eager to get rid of us and go outside to smoke. Also there were bedbugs in my bed. When I woke up I had all my legs bitten. Awful place, would not recommend to anyone ever

This is the place to stay for First Class Customer Service and a good night's sleep.

✓ My stay at Best Western Plus North Las Vegas was great. I come twice a year and the experience is always nice.

✗ There was some confusion about the time my room would be ready. I called at 9:42 am on July 27th and asked what was the best time to call back to check on early check-in. The time given was 12:30 PM; I called at the time given and was told to come on over; my room was ready. Upon arriving, I was greeted with, "It will be 30 minutes before the room will be ready." Finally, just before 3:00 PM, my room was ready. Things happen, and this incident will not prevent me from staying here in the future. I love this place.

✓ Nice, friendly staff

✗ Breakfast food was overcooked and sparse. The waffle maker didn't work well and the batter was too runny. The sausage patties were hard and the egg discs were cold. The eggs, sausage, and potatoes ran low without being replenished. The breakfast experience was very disappointing.

Wonderfully consistent from year to year. A great value and we will return again next year.

✓ Very convenient location for Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Very clean rooms and bathroom, The breakfast area was kept spotlessly clean and well stocked. The lady who watched over the breakfast area was awesome. Staff were friendly and attentive. This hotel is a great value for the $$$.

✗ The location is a bit strange. Sort of in an industrial area but it doesn't bother me at all. Still a great value and I will return again.
