Nice and comfortable room. The location is great, right in the center of Vanadzor. Also the bus and train station are within walking distance. The host was also a very kind gentleman.

I had the whole place for myself, so an optimal experience. It is like an apartment in the first floor, with 2 rooms, one with a bunkbed , and the other with the double bed and an extra single. So a maximum of 5 people. All super clean. WIFI great. Toilet clean. Great common area with a TV with satellite. Microwave. Not really for cooking unless you use the MW. Host was friendly, and reachable by Whatsapp if anything happens. Great stay I had. For me, 10/10

Perfect location in Vanadzor. I was only here for one night, passing through, after spending a month in Lori, but I would definitely stay here again. Very central, and close to amenities

Super kind owner! Crystal clean rooms and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Quiet surroundings. The room has hangers and a desk.

Nice, comfy, perfectly clean accomodation right in the center, close to the bus station and the market. Very nice owner, I get much better room than I booked for price of the cheaper one. The owner managed a reservation of the place in the morning bus. I'm very sory for my mistake, when I after influence of delicious local beer can't find the right door and the owner came and opened the right one for me, cause I tried to open the neighbour's one...

Great place, me and my friend stayed 2 nights and it couldn't be better. Right in the middle of the city, just 5 minute walk from the main square. The host is very nice and helpful. Very spacious apartment, 2 sleeping rooms, 1 living room, kitchen, toilet. Includes everything for a nice vacation. Recommended, will come back during my next visit to Vanadzor!

Space: two bedrooms, one kitchen, huge living room with a Smart TV. Location: right in the center of Vanadzor, close to Hayk square and supermarkets. Host: Armen is very nice, spoke with us in English

If you have toddlers, then open windows could be a safety hazard.

The host was really nice, he spoke with us in English. The location is close to everything and the beds were really comfortable, There was a smart TV with Netflix & YouTube plus the WIFI was fast!

I am looking at booking the studio fir a few nights- cab I just confirm it has a kitchen so I can cook basic things, a washing machine and a fridge?

This room has a refrigerator and a kitchenette. But next to your room there is a large communal kitchen with everything you need and with a washing machine.
