✓ I had a very nice stay at Luisiana Hotel. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The highlight of my stay was the reception team, especially Jeffrey, he helped me out when I was looking for adventure activities to do in Costa Rica. He not only displayed a map full of options and devoted a great time to explaining each of them taking into consideration my taste but also made plenty of calls until he found availability for the ones I'd selected. Thanks to him, my stay in Costa Rica was unforgettable and I'll most definitely come back. He really went above and beyond my expectations.

✗ the food at the restaurant wasn’t the best, I ate there twice and both times I regretted it, there’s a soda 3-5 minutes walking distance on the same street as the hotel that is worth the walk though

✓ The mountain view, the staff, cleanliness, the pool. everything! but didn’t try the breakfast.

✗ The cleaning process is pretty slow. The shower is too cool.
