✓ Location right on the beach
✗ Charge even for an extra bottle of water.
✓ The location, the room were great as well as the staff were welcoming, smiling and helpful
✗ The cooking and mostly fish and seafood were overcooked mostly during the buffet at night - too hard and dry to eat, while for lunch the plate mainly fish was well cooked. Also would have prefer a greater choice of local menu
✓ very authentic hotel with amazing facilities and activity options. the staff was very friendly and helpful. we love the energy in the creole night so much. dinner was great!
✗ many other hotels on the island offer free water stations to fill up the bottles during the day. the weather is extremely hot and humid so the need for water is super high and it is annoying to search for a market when you pay this much for a hotel. we also thought the welcoming staff could be a bit more energetic and friendly.
✓ I liked Beach and Garden.
✓ Gorgeous room with view on the sea. Extremely confortable bed, great bathroom and Aircon. Staff was the highlight of the stay. Everyone is so helpful but not invading you. Really amazing service. Breakfast buffet was really amazing, dinner buffet was good but there was not enough local food for my taste. A lot of activities available for free and I really appreciated that. Gorgeous swimming pool
✗ Definitely an upscale experience that I enjoyed but not sure it's worth that price tag Lot of sting fish on the hotel beach - be careful!
✓ Very comfortable and cozy place for accomadation. Location of the hotel is great, The beach is wonderfull. No comment about the service- the staff was very responsive and polite. Good breakfast and very good and diversed dinner every evenning. Highly recommend!
✓ The resort is on the most beautiful beach in Praslin and their sunbeds are soo comfortable! food is amazing, staff is very friendly. Kudos to Mr. John for being such a great presence and entertainer and overall a nice person to talk to.
✗ Staff is very pushy during dinner to order drinks. we had glasses almost full and they were asking every 2 minutes if we want another drink.
✓ only food but the property is no longer the same as before Covid. We were there in January 2020 and were very excited
✗ No soap, No hand towels, No shower caps in their bathrooms

From Mahe you may travel to Praslin by flight which is 20 minutes or ferry which is 1 hour 15 minutes. we do not have the price as we do not offer these services, clients are required to make their own arrangements.
