✓ It’s location is excellent. Right in the Piazza. So clean to everything. The hotel itself was a dream. Decor and furnishings so attractive. Huge rooms, and super clean. Best staff ever

✓ The room was lovely, quite large. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect.
✗ It was a bit noisy - people coming in and out early and late. Our room was also next to the front desk and backed up to the kitchen from breakfast, so other rooms are probably quieter.

I would definitely return and recommend to other travelers.
✓ Room was amazing as was the breakfast terrace. Location is fantastic and there was very little not to like. For a short stay , it’s perfect. There is no swimming pool which is the only negative about this place .

Lovely hotel! Spotless, spacious and location
✓ Lovely hotel. My room was significantly better than the photos. I had a corner suite with large balcony on one side and Juliette balcony on another. Bed was very comfortable with soft sheets and a variety of pillows to choose from. Living room was well-equipted with couches, table minibar, coffee etc. The bathroom was actually a highlight! A bathtub! Bathrobes, slippers, rain shower etc. I really enjoyed getting ready for a wedding in that bathroom hahaha. The location here is perfect, right in the main square which can be loud if there's a celebration or you like sleeping with the windows open but Sorrento is a place for holidays so maybe just go downstairs and enjoy the fun! Breakfast was another highlight. Delicious Italian cakes and pastries plus staples like yogurt, cereal, granola, breads, fruit, juice plus eggs offered in a variety of ways. I think I saw bacon or ham as well. Coffee available anyway you'd like and lovely, friendly ladies working in the kitchen. A perfect hotel experience.
