✓ Very nice hotel, big comfortable rooms, huge shower, good air conditioning unit, beautiful view of the city, absolutely fantastic breakfast buffet every morning. Friendly helpful staff, great swimming pool area. A short walk into the centre of el poblado where all the bars, restaurants, discos and nightlife are located. The hotel has x 2 cash points attached to it so very good if you need to take money out in a safe environment. A beautiful looking hotel all round, I loved this place, I would stay here again for sure if and when I visit Medellín. I recommend this hotel very highly.

✗ The television in the room was very difficult to turn on as no instructions were provided on how to use it. Hardly any TV channels actually worked as most were either blocked or didn't have any type of subscription. That is my only minor complaint, apart from this very minor issue I love this hotel.

Terrific hotel & service in a great location.

✓ Everything was great from the minute I arrived to the minute I checked out. Staff all very friendly and the hotel accommodations were lovely. The breakfast had a lot of delicious options.

✓ one of the best and largest breakfasts in all of medellin, super beautiful, grandiose style foyer, great restaurant on first flr( always have super good food there), super comfy beds, super clean everything..very pretty medium sized pool, convenient ATM just outside the front door, tony romas on top revolving floor that turns throughout your dinner stay

✓ Really good location in El Poblado. Easy to get around, a lot of restaurants are nearby. The check-in was easy and the room were comfortable. The breakfast is also delicious and a possibility to take a swim in the pool is available. Besides, you have a comfy bed.
