✗ Staff did not speak english. Some speak Japanese though, which was useful.

✓ Convenient location as it was a 3min walk from Mapo Station Exit 3 or less than 10mins walk from Gongdeok Station Exit 9 and both exits are with escalators/lift. Close to a lot of eateries & shops and the facilities were clean and well maintained with good soundproofing.
