A satisfactory stay for two nights.
✓ The location is good. Handy access to the city centre and shopping centres. No traffic noise can be heard. The staff are helpful and courteous. The bed was comfortable.
✗ The general condition of the bathroom is dated. Noise from adjoining rooms can heard.

We had a great stay in a great room.
✓ We were down for GTM weekend, was a great location. the beds were super comfortable and shower was great. Good facilities in the room including fridge and microwave. Big mirror in the bathroom

we all really enjoyed it. even though our room was outdated, it needs a renovation, but it was super clean and a great s
✓ very convenient. the staff at checkin were great. I only dealt with one other person…. a housekeeper who knocked to see if we needed anything…. she was extremely polite and friendly
✗ the toilet didn’t flush well and the second bedroom was stifling as no air con or fan in there. even with the door open it didn’t cool. a ceiling fan at minimum would be a great idea.

Thank you for your question. We have 2 x Disability rooms, both are ground floor. Our "Studio" Disability room has 1 Queen + 1 Single bed all in the same room. Our "1 bedroom" Disability access room has 1 Queen bed plus a pull-out sofa bed.
