✓ The location is very good and the sea view from the sea view room on a clear day is really beautiful.
✗ The room was very old and the WiFi was barely working, very slow and disconnected after a few minutes. The most ridiculous thing is that there is no light switch in the room, you have to manually turn the knob on the light and there is no charging socket... The floor was very dirty and thick with dust. I don't understand how such a dilapidated hotel can be sold at such a high price.

A very nice room which, thanks to the December weather, I got the most from.
✓ Good location for the Ocean Expo Park, helpful staff with good English, large room, nice view.
✗ While it has been well refurbished, it is an older hotel - if you are familiar with Japanese hotels, it should be enough to say that it doesn't have light switches for the room at the head of the beds, or an elevator.

✗ No restaurants nearby (but there is a shuttle to Hanasaki Marche). The breakfast could be better.

Very nice hotel next to expo park and emerald beach
✓ Staff is nice. It is very next to expo park. From my room I can access park very easily. And from the pool you can access emerald beach. Room is nice with beautiful pictures of fishes. There are lot of activities to enjoy. Lawson is other side of the hotel
