✓ Very friendly staff, amazing view of the beach, chilled vibe, would stay again. The food was good, and a reasonable price.
✗ This wouldn't stop me staying again, as overall, I enjoyed my stay, but the way things are managed seemed a little chaotic, and things could be slightly more organized for guests.

Great place to relax but not to see that many things.
✓ The staff was really nice and the were really helpful. The location was a dream. The Breakfast outside was so beautiful - loved it. I got one of the best rooms I think and It was great.
✗ I thinks it‘s a little bit to expensive. You can‘t sit on the beach to relax and if you want to go to Matara - you always have to take a Tuktuk. But there not so many other tourist because the house is in the middle of a housing complex.

✓ it’s very clean, nice hot shower!! they provide towels, soap, shampoo, you’ll have an air con, fan in the room!! the breakfast is really good (and with an amazing view)! the chef is very friendly (like all the staff in the hotel). you can enjoy food in the restaurant upstairs whenever you want. moreover it’s possible to buy beer, water. ;;) matara is just 10min drive which is good! and the bus stop is very close to the hotel. it is worth noting that right next to the hotel there is a surf school with a very cool instructor. it’s called summer soulish. the spot is perfect. not many surfers around! highly recommend you to visit this place! i’m definitely coming back next year!

✓ Staff was helpful and friendly. Location at the beach is super nice. Direct access to a quiet stretch of sand. Amazing views from top floor.
✗ Breakfast was quiet basic compared to other accommodations in the same price range. toast, eggs, fruits. Dinner was average, but overpriced. I feel the kitchen could make more of an effort here...
