✓ Great staff and location. The property is practically on the beach but really quiet, you have pool and beach access at no cost with beds / shade available. Family run hotel and you will feel at home here.

✗ Food options at the hotel aren’t great but so much around that it’s not a problem. Supermarket next door too

✓ The strongest point of the hotel is the easy access to the beach, the availability of plenty of loungers both near the pool and at the beach. The beach itself is also very nice, with soft golden sand and a great view over Crete's mountains. The attention and help of all the staff is also very commendable. I always got a solution for any problem or question I had. Also, the hotel's location makes it very easy to walk into any restaurant or to quickly catch a bus to Heraklion.

✗ The balcony offered a very clear view to... the balcony of the hotel next door, so I didn't feel like sitting outside often. The room's furniture only really allowed to watch TV from the bed. I wasn't able to sit somewhere to read or write, in a way to do something when I didn't feel like going to the beach.

✓ Absolutely great attitude of the owner to the guests and his help in all respects. The accommodation is pleasant and, by local standards, very well-maintained and clean, which the owners rely heavily on. I have to commend the bar's barmaids for their above-standard service, which complemented the overall very friendly atmosphere. Overall a great stay in a good location, close to beach, restaurants and bars. Deck chairs and umbrellas by the pool and on the beach are part of the accommodation - an advantage. The bus to the city runs every 15-30 minutes, so you can comfortably go to the city and to the airport, you can buy tickets in the minimarket. A large department store about 3 stops from the accommodation is worth a visit, where you can buy excellent products and local specialties.

✗ The other guests can be heard on the lower floor of the accommodation, it is probably the structure of the building / the door, but the owner solved everything to our satisfaction - it is always about the discipline and consideration of all the people staying.
