My room was spacious with great views over the bay. The hotel had a relaxed easy going vibe and it never felt crowded; there was no fighting over sun loungers. The dive centre, the fitness centre, the spa treatments were all fantastic.

While my room was spacious with a beautiful view, the bed and pillows were lumpy. The shower was covered in black hair and despite mentioning this a couple of times at reception they remained for about 5 days until i called a maid into my room. The room spec is not exactly luxurious in for a royal suite - the shower was basic and the hairdryer fixed to the wall with a short lead, really? I spent over $5k do you think I would steal the hairdryer???? The food choice in the buffet restaurants was poor and the service was not good. I could easily get to the end of my meal without even a glass of water. It seemed that the staff were focussed on the bigger tables of families.

great facilities - it would be perfect for families as it has so many activities on offer. Also Bennett the tennis coach is fab and so lovely.

apart from breakfast the food is dreadful - we ended up eating out a lot.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I ate mostly at Cocos for breakfast and 11/Eleven for lunch and dinner. Cora and her team were wonderful during the day and the evening staff were great too. Amazing Antiguan rum infused seafood chowder. Also used the 24/7 coffee shop a lot - friendly staff with good tea selection and a fruit slush choice every day I had a beachfront room which meant I saw a beautiful sunrise every morning from the comfort of my balcony. The walk in shower and bathroom were great. Wifi was good too.

The picture on the TV in the room wasn't great.

As usual, the people make the difference. The St James Club staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly -,they went beyond expectations at every position.

I didn’t like the COVID testing procedure. Everyone realizes that this is new ground..but we were all called (hundred people) at the same time and my experience took more than 1 1/2 hours out of the middle of a beautiful day. The test only took 30 - 45 seconds per person. It would have been much better for each group to have appointments (ie. 12:40, 12:50, 1:00) this way, it could have processed people more efficiently and avoided the concentration of people in the same place. There was no way to social distance and of course masks were a joke.

Is there a dress code for dinner?

hi there, we are freestyle dining in most restaurants. We do require shoes to be worn and swim suits covered in the day. The evenings can typically be a little more dressy but tailored shorts & a shirt with sleeves is required for the men. Le Jardin restaurant does require long pants for the men at dinner and shirt with a collar.

What is included in all inclusive please? 3 meals a day? And is alcohol included? Many thanks

yes, 3 meals daily at a variety of dining options, open bar including wine and sprits, taxes and service included.

Is your private beach next to the property or do I need to use a means of transportation to go there?

We are located right on two beaches.

how many rooms are in the complex is a la carte dining available every night and is there nightly entertainment?

We have a total 234 which include 18 two and three bedroom villas as well as suites and hotel rooms. Yes, we offer a la carte dining options each evening (with reservation) and nightly entertainment is in at least one venue each evening.

No, we require prepayment to avoid the delay upon arrival

Is the Beachfront Room ocean front/view?

Beachfront rooms are located on the beach with full ocean views. You may request either upper floor (with balcony) or ground floor with walk-out patio.

Can you explain why you claim to be all inclusive but don’t allow or provide drinks in rooms, and guests have to pay $30US supplements in restaurants?

Fridge is not stocked but you are welcome to take drinks to your room. We have one restaurant with a supplement, all other dining options are included.
