✓ The breakfast was amazing, a lot of different choices and high quality. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

✗ During the night, the room was a little bit noisy. You could hear the mini fridge in the room making noises and you could also hear people talking on the hallway or the bathroom in the adjacent rooms.

Nice small boutique hotel a short walk from downtown. Super friendly staff.

✓ Breakfast was amazing. Huge selection of sweet and savory items. All super tasty and fresh. Really nice to wake up and have such nice food waiting downstairs.

✗ Staff is friendly and efficient. They are eager to make all guests feel happy and comfortable. They are always offering more. Highly recommend the hotel and also Udine, which I hadn't visited in the past. Beautiful city. Loads of cafés and restaurants, shops, sites, etc. Food and wine festival opened during my visit, so downtown is lively with great food stalls and little shops.

✓ Very pleasant family run hotel. Breakfast very good, with better quality products. Excellent staff. Would happily return.

✗ Street noise in the morning was a little disturbing. Recommend a room facing the rear of the building, not the street.

This hotel is run by an amazing family

✓ What not to like?? Peaceful place, walking distance from the city center, lots of restaurants around. Rooms are super comfy, bathroom amazing. And the best of it are the breakfasts. Oh man, how good! So many choices! And delicious. To know that all is run by one big amazing family it warms my heart again :)

✓ Location very close to the city center (5 min walking distance). Excellent breakfast with both sweet (in very good Italian tradition)and salty food. Very nice rooms, with all required elements, and clean. Very nice staff, available for any help or recommendation, or special request. Fast WiFi. Very comfortable bed.

Exceptional

✓ One of the best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. Location is very good. The hospitality is at a high level. Rooms are very clean and equipped with everything you may need.

Somethings better than other

✓ The room was really spacious and felt very clean! The breakfast was great with lots of variety and local specialties. And of course Antonio and Roberta were really sweet!

✗ Antonio and Roberta were really kind and welcoming, unfortunately their son was acting immature and he was the one doing the check in. I also wish I could've opened the window more because there was a door outside of the window I couldn't reach that blocked any light from reaching the room.
