Friendly staff and a good place to stay in Kimberley

✓ The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and varied daily. The family room was spacious (and the bathroom was more private than the twin room), and the location felt secure and was close to shops and malls, while still being very quiet.

✗ There was a mix-up with room allocation (a family room was booked, but a twin room was allocated). Staff did their best to accommodate us, though and we were moved as soon as a family room was available. The twin room itself had only a sliding door into the bathroom, so it was not very private.

✓ THANK YOU, I ENJOYED THE STAY. There were a group of teenagers that were very distracting in front of the room past 10pm, but I was young to. Other than that, I enjoyed the stay.

✓ The flexibility and understading of my late check-in. I only arrived, past 10 the night and Fabio received me with a smile and he was very professional. They even heated up my room, so that I wasn't cold when I went to bed. They also prepared a lovely omelette for me, with mince and mushrooms...it was yummy!!
