✓ The place is absolutely stunning with a breathtaking view. Amenities are brand new.
✗ Unfortunately it was not clear to me until after the booking that the place is located in the bottom floor of a three-story unit. The upper floors belongs to a vacation rental. And the guests upstairs during our stay decided to host a outdoor hot tub & beer party at 2a, which is located right outside one of the two bedrooms of the property. We can practically hear all the conversations as well as the showering and walking from upstairs at 3a. The host was kind enough to give me the contact info of the vacation rental - but asked us to reach out directly and didn’t provide any additional help or reply any our calls and messages after the contact info was provided. That said, after getting in touch with the vacation rental, they did reach out to the guests who didn’t host a similar party the next day after midnight.

Hi there I would say not really, the yard is steep and there is no fence. there's a few stairs to get to the accommodation. the house itself would be fine inside. thanks vicky

Hi there payment is taken from the credit card used to make the booking a few days prior to stay. children are no problem, its just there is a steep hill down the front with no fencing, so just need to be mindful of the smaller humans. thanks vicky

interesting question....sleeps 4, so unsure how much alcohol 4 people can consume. its a unit in a block of 4, so while alcohol is definitely permitted, wild parties aren't, dont think the other guests would like that. thanks for the inquiry
