✗ Parking is not big enough for a busy day here! Maintenance department should check and make sure al the facility provided are in condition before the guests check in, like a/c, etc Wifi coverage was poor in room 211

✓ Nothing. This was the worst property I’ve ever booked into. It was misrepresented on the website which showed beautiful facilities but the reality was dire. Dirty rooms, poorly maintained facilities & the inside of the bedroom door frame was broken so I couldn’t lock my bedroom door from the inside. No WiFi in the bedrooms - I felt vulnerable and unsafe.
✗ Everything. The website presented an idyllic getaway with Ayurveda massage and yoga. The reality couldn’t have been further from the truth. The hotel was grubby, badly maintained and the staff didn’t care about our stay or wellbeing. I stayed with friends & we decided we couldn’t stay there due to feeling unsafe. The management weren’t interested in our complaints and refused a refund. We went back three times to try to get a refund and were fed lies and excuses every time. Once they were exhausted of us the staff spoke Hindi so we couldn’t understand what they were saying.

✓ It offers access to a clean small private beach and this is the main advantage of this property. if you are with a family and you look for privacy and cleanliness, then go for it.
