Pleasant stay

✓ Lots of background staff keeping the grounds clean and tidy. Nice to have two pool areas to choose from - one very kiddy friendly and one quieter. They left the water slide on longer than advertised some days if lots of people were still in the pool which was nice. Good selection of food and drink available poolside.

✗ Would have been helpful to have some info in the apartment eg breakfast times, nearby attractions. Two single sofa beds could have done with more than just the single sheet put on for hygiene purposes. I didn't feel the door was locked very securely and one of the balcony door locks was broken. I didn't realise till the last day that they had also given us the key to use the safe in the room so didn't make use of it (i assume that's what the key was for).

Friendly, clean and peaceful

✓ The friendly attentive staff were always happy to help. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The grounds are tranquil with 2 seperate swimming pools to choose from. Great value for money, we will stay again.

A place for a relatively cheap family vacation, but not service and the cleanliness is questionable.

✓ The apartment was big enough to accommodate us (family with 3 kids). The pool was clean and the food (we had HB) was delicious. The boys at the reception were polite and gave us a lot of information for the resort, the beach and the sightseeing.

✗ To be honest, we had higher expectations from the pictures and the way the hotel was presented in Booking.com. The hotel is a bit outdated, not so clean and the cleaning staff were quite inconsiderate, coming in to clean at any time without regard to whether anyone was sleeping or wanting to rest. Free Wi-Fi was only available around the pool and in the restaurant, but not in the rooms, so we had to pay an extra package for internet access, and even the paid connection was not very good. The most unpleasant thing was the way we were treated at dinner - as we were on a pre-paid half-board package, every night they reserved the best tables for those who ordered dinner separately, and people like us tried to seat them the not so nice places. For example, one night it was Turkey's national holiday and we had to argue with the staff to move us to the table under the awning where they had placed us, in the dark and next to the bar, without any decorations (the other tables had flags and balloons). while at the same time there were free tables outside by the pool which they kept for people of free consumption. The fact that we paid in advance for dinner apparently made us second class people in their opinion - or so we were made to feel.

✓ Spacious rooms, in fact an apartment, all necessary equipment in the kitchen. Two balkonies in the room. Quiet.

✗ WiFi only in public areas. Breakfast not good

✗ All day long music plays very loudly near the pool, you need to shout to each other. The situation is similar at night, loud music, laughter and screams ... sometimes you get the impression that you have to fall asleep in a bar or disco :)
