✓ Huge and comfortable beds, jacuzzi bath tubs were great!

Great location, beautiful and attentive staff.

✓ The villas are in a great location. Close to restaurants, spas and shopping. Not too far of a walk to Eat Street and plenty of Gojeks coming past. Staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable and nothing was too much to ask.

✗ The sounds carries a lot between villas. If you have noisy neighbours (who would argue a lot) which was my case then you can hear absolutely everything. In saying that it is easy enough to tune them out or play your own music to drown them out.

✗ I booked for 9 nights The last three nights were very disappointing as had to call reception to complain about screaming children. Not normal Screaming but extreme squealing. The 2nd last night one of the children was screaming at 2.30am in the morning. The parents did very little to stop the children yelling with complete disregard for other guests. My suggestion would be to locate people with children all at one end of the property. I could even hear them running on roof above and chairs being moved around. There are couple there on honeymoon or romantic holiday or people like me looking for quiet and relaxation. The villas are open on the balcony so can hear everything from next door. It’s my second visit to this accommodation and the staff make it a wonderful experience. Just wasn’t a great end to my holiday

Nice but can be cleaner.

✓ Good location, nice villa, very flowery

✗ Cleanliness, exemple my ashtray was not clean, mold around the pool, a little bit noisy from the staff cleaning, iron table under the stairs so full of dust when I want to use it. The big bottle of water in the fridge are not free even if they told you yes on arrival. And can be nice to have a light in the pool for the night time.

✓ breakfast, everything what u like was there , they make omelette ,pankace, nice fresh fruit/ pool beautiful and got cleaned every day. ,location bars and very good restaurants in walking distance

Greta stay

✓ Lovely place , comfortable bed, we really liked that the bedroom and bathroom are upstairs and closed so the aircon can be on but the kitchen + lounge area is open ; good options for breakfast

✗ Not really as didn’t like , but the villa could use some refresh paint ( some scratches here and there ) and it would be nice that restaurant would have some plant base milk for coffee (even if it would be for extra charge)

Pleasant

✓ All staff were friendly and attentive. Good value for money. Spacious apartment and large pool. Well cleaned in general and top up of water each day. was great. Good value breakfast and mini bar in general.

✗ The plug coming out of the wall next to the bed. The hair dryer didn't work and the large shower didn't work properly as you had to hold in the button constantly to try and get it to work. No instruction on using the spa, so I didn't attempt. Parts around the pool wasn't clean and a few bits were old and tarnished (like the mirror).
