good for family for short trip in Khao Yai . Will recommend to all who is looking out for one.

✓ spacious n location is good.. room is romantic !

Not value for money.

✓ only one good thing was Good location.

✗ This place was not hotel but Condominium, no reception counter. Room was getting old, not the same room and decoration as in the photo shown when made booking. We were 6 pax and the room was 1 Bedroom with a double bed and 2 very thin mattresses placing on the floor and a living room with 2 very thin mattresses placing on the floor. There was a bird net sticked behind Aircon compressor. We must say that it was not value for money, if compare the price with the room we got, it was expensive.

If you like adventure and weird situations you will love this hotel

✓ The house and the rooms look (very) good at first glimpse and the breakfast tasted good (rice with chicken). Pool and Gym seems to be good.

✗ The situation when I arrived was a little bit confusing, people outside told me that's not a hotel. In the entrance was an empty reception room with a sign "no hotel, only residents" and in the lobby was a woman, who totally ignored me with my backpack. I asked her anyway, she looked at me, stand up, sit down and ignored me again. After circling around the building, asking staff, getting told again that's not an Hotel, a man brought me back to the woman in the lobby. And yes, she was the staff in service and with bad English I could manage to get a key with cryptic numbers and get ignored again. No "hello", or "your room is there or there", nor telling me where breakfastroom (there is no) is. She refused to give a receipt in first way, but when I grabbed my money back I get a handwritten one. I met a guy from Spain who was lost in this place since a week and he tried to explain me the system of keynumbers. Wrong, but at the end I find the room. And I was happy for now, I had a place to sleep and it looked nice with good mountain view. At second glimpse the room is dirty in all corners and don't touch the things in bathroom, the will probably fall apart. Because it's "not a hotel" you will not find a restaurant and no breakfast room. It's in the middle of nowhere, so for your dinner you have to be rich and go to the next hotel restaurant with live music (what looked good) or be brave and go 1 km in the dark on a busy highway to find perhaps a local Street food or local market stall. Next morning I searched the breakfast room (no staff in the building, because it's not a hotel) and at the end I complained over booking and get a package rice with chicken to my door. Hiking was not possible from there. Totally no social life outside, only a empty building, busy street and loud construction work on the building. No hotel atmosphere. No morning coffee. Nearly no other people.

✓ location is good. nice view and surrounded by many restaurants. not too far from many cafes and tourist spots.

✗ Breakfast is not good, with this price i expect more than 2 sausages, 1 boiled egg, boiled rice with very little of minced pork. and the taste is not good, be tasteless

Room and breakfast was very disappointed, but location was pretty good.

✓ Location is good. Convenient to visit cafe, excursion.

✗ This accommodation is condominium, not hotel. No front and no service like hotel. Clean of room was bad, and unused pillows and blankets are stacked in the closet. It looks no value to pay more than 1000bahts, although I payed significantly more than it.
