✗ During breakfast, there is an outside area. People smoking during breakfast time at the cafe is the thing i hate the most. Looks like you are having breakfast at street cafe but not in the hotel cafe.

✓ Parking was not a problem, any time of the day you can still get a parking lot. Pharmacy, convenience stores and a supermarket located nearby hotel.
✗ I checked into the 1st room with faulty air condition, leaking toilet leaving the floor always wet and ants. Complained to front office and request for change of room the next following morning. The 2nd room came with a sliding door that cannot lock and worst the glass door was supposed to be mounted to the wall but instead the whole glass door can slide when pull. Request to change room but front office informed all rooms occupied and they will inform maintenance to repair the lock. I have to pack, again and the polite housekeeper let me to store my belongings in the previous room while waiting for maintenance to arrive and will arrange to return my belongings to the room once repair done. I was not present when maintenance came as i have a prior engagement to attend. When i came back in the afternoon, the lock was repaired but the door can still slide. Another complaint to front office and this time my presence to make sure the maintenance guy repaired the door. Imagine what will happen if the room condition went without knowing and the safety of the guest is at risk. The housekeeper was very helpful and that compensated the bad experience. No complaint on the room other than the sliding glass door problem as mentioned earlier. The cafe air conditioning not working when having breakfast on 16th May 2023, it was stuffy. Had a short breakfast and left. The next morning breakfast voucher did not used it.

✓ Staff service and the location is great.
✗ Can hear the sound of water in bathroom another room since bathroom location near the door. There is not enough soundproofing.

✓ the toilet is nice with a working hair dryer. the breakfast is so good. the complimentary rm5 voucher is helpfull. there is a cozy reading room near the pool. provides towels at the pool. the free parking is okay.
✗ the pool is dirty and smelly. the sauna is not working. the reading room is not filled with books. cannot access the other building without going through the main building and the wing bridge. the free parking is usually full.
