Excellent location less than a minute walk from the attractions and many restaurants serving Armenian food (though book in advance as many book up!). Staff were extremely helpful and arranged private driver to Mt Ararat for reasonable price too, and airport taxi. Very good breakfast too.

The location was absolutely perfect. Walking distance from everything, and right in the middle of Republic Square, which is a key happening place in Yerevan. They were also really kind to let me check in earlier than the check in time, since my flight arrived early morning. The room was large, spacious, air-conditioned, which was important in this heat. Also, they accept credit card payment, which is great.

Disliked · The only thing was, while checking out, they took the payment for the room, and then just as I called my taxi and was about to get in, they asked me to wait for 10 min while the 'checked' my room. And they also made a fuss about my hair color stain on their towel, asking me to pay for getting it washed in the laundry. It was REALLY minimal / minor and I didn't think it was fair.

The room was very larg with many clothes drawer. The bathroom was very larg and clean. The breakfast was good but the place was not special.

Not every staff can speak english. The variety of bread for breakfast was low. Except fruits there was not many options for Vegan people.

The location of the hotel was excellent. You walk out and you are at the center of the city. The room was nice and clean.

The hotel has a superb location in the city center, just behind Republic Square. The hotel is back-to-basic but has everything you need for a short stay, and location is really great! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, and you always leave beautiful Yerevan with a prayer that you'll be able to return some day...

Great location, next to Republic Square and close to shops, bars and restaurants. The rooms were of good standard. The staff were very helpful in arranging taxis and transfers.

Breakfast does not start until 0800.

For sure location is fantastic. The hotel is a little bit small but very confortable and very silent

Breakfast is a little poor for "european style". Services at reception are not so good. Few channel on TV

Convenient location, very good price, comfortable room, nice and helpful reception personnel, rich and tasty breakfast using local products

I bit dark room with the view of a closed yard, basically no wifi signal at the room desk, it worked just at the room door (it was the last room of the corridor probably too far from the access point)

The hotel has an excellent location, just beside the Square of Republic and the Government. It was quiet and safe and the room was very convenient.

The floor of the room was decorated with a carpet that could have been cleaned more efficiently. Breakfast was too basic and the design of the restaurant was outdated and didn't have a cosy look. Otherwise the food was sufficient and in generous amount.
