the room was spacious, big table for work, big panoramic windows with beautiful views

the water in bathroom was leaking, all floor was covered by water after a shower. some problems with windows, they did not close well and that gave some noise. poor breakfast, broken coffee machines in the restaurant

Hotel has not very central localisation, but it's very easy to get to main Yerevan attractions from there (there is nice pedestrian tunnel to city center). Neighbourhood is safe - there are some goverment buildings arround and there is a lot of police and other security. Room was very big, on high floor. Room was modern, well equipped and very comfortable. Breafast was tasty, but as later you came - less dishes you could choose. Free parking around.

As in neighborhood is full with government building in many placestaking picutres is forbidden. This prohibition applies to the area outside of hotel (ban is not clearly marked) and even from windows in room (there are some signs glued to the window) It was so, so strange. Especially that those security staff and police, tend to be very inpolite and they are watching you very carefully during you come or out from hotel.

I staycation here and get upgraded to top floor room, then i stay one night more into different room as my business not yet finished on the town. The woman in receptionist is unbelieveable hospitable. I recommended to anyone that need hospitality, and private/calm stay in the city to book this hotel.
