1.It was a lie to say 5 miles from there I Yerevan city. 2. The restaurant was have operating no lunch at the restaurant. No dinner at the restaurant. No bar at the restaurant was open.. 3. They didn’t have basic set up at the room no Kleenex no proper boiling water. They didn’t provide water every day and they didn’t clean every day and I always have to remind them to clean and the whole hotel need better staff friendlier staff and better service I don’t think his problem is the employee. The problem is the management.

1. They had a beautiful backyard. 2. Nice swimming pool, but empty. 3. Building is nice but I said the service is terrible and the management need to be changed and put somebody more professional to take care of the place. 4. I’d like to at least half of my money being paid back to me and I think it’s a Booking.com is responsible they need to check see what kind of service fully is operational not they need to check back-and-forth and I demand for my refund. Please let me know.

Its big room though the facility looks old.

The electricity its worse than i thought because it keeps on blinking. On my first stay by 0813H in the morning electricity got shut down for about 45 minutes. Id wake up easily because theres no aircon. Wifi not working as well, its low signal cant talk to my family at far via internet. So im trying to go to reception and have good connection there. I thought im in the movie like haunted in connecticut because it was so scary. I was scam because the picture is not the reality. Theres no Swimming pool and fitness gym they have but you need to get the key to the reception.

This is a quarantine hotel for Indian nationals returning to dubai. The hotel is totally unsuitable for guests. Food waste is stored in the corridors all night. There is no reception at night time and no security. People can just walk in and go to the rooms.
