Excellent choice for business or leisure
✓ Modern, clean, well-kept. Friendly, effective staff. Beautiful, semi-Olympic sized outdoor swimming pool. 
✗ Gym is OK in terms of machines, but is not up to the rest of the hotel and needs some renovation. Breakfast is excellent, but I would have loved a larger cereal section.

Pleasant
✓ Location is nice, generally a good hotel that I always prefer to stay when I am coming to Tbilisi. Clean and good stuff.
✗ Wifi was not efficient. There was a fight one morning at our floor around 5am, and it took around 2 hours to control the situation so we couldn't sleep. I have used the pool first time as I was coming always winter time, service can be improved at pool.

✓ Stuff is very polite, speaks several languages. Pretty rooms, decent breakfasts
✗ No extra room service (hygiene kits, even toothbrush), loud environment because of a road around. The pillows exist for esthetic purpose, not for sleeping
