Once a 15th-century convent, San Giovanni features a picturesque courtyard and ultra-elegant rooms with large windows, free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs. It has a quiet location in Saluzzo centre. Rooms have neutral colour schemes and luxurious fabrics.

✓ Terrific location, both in terms of the quaint medical town, the location inside the old town, as well as the building itself. Terrific. Everything is clean, everything is working, all very good
✗ When I arrived, it started with a quarrel as there was no parking available at the property (in the courtyard) but I could park on the street. After a manager got involved, it became clear the receptionist could simply move her car which was parked in the guest spaces and I could park in the courtyard. So the argument was completely needless.
✓ Very nice location
✓ The stuff was super amazing, the room was above expectations with a great view. The hotel itself looks like the place where hobbits could live. The breakfast was served like for kings and queens. I mean it was the best hotel I have ever been.
✗ it was perfect
✓ Excellent experience
✓ location, extraordinary
✗ not applicable
✓ -location in the city center/old town -friendly and helpful staff -Castellana Gourmet Restaurant with delicous food and excellent wines
✗ -nothing to complain
✓ Beautiful old hotel. Nice room. All updated and very clean. Beds very comfortable. Great internet. Shower really great. Breakfast really good. short walk to town through the old alleyways.
✗ Very difficult to find. You can't use GPS or you'll end up stuck in a tight alley. their directions are the only way but didn't translate to English smoothly, so it took a few tries. And it was really hot. there was an air conditioner but it didn't work. Otherwise a lovely stay.
✓ Alberto is a amazing kind person and I definitely recommend this hotel with a beautiful and historic scenery❤️
The hotel will request a vaccination certificate or, as an alternative, a negative test until May 1st. After that date, the green pass (vaccination certificate or negative test) is no longer requested.
