✓ One of the most peaceful and scenic beautiful resorts I’ve ever stayed in. I’ll miss this place.
✗ Couldn’t find any ramp which could be wheel chair friendly. A ramp could be introduced for ease of moving luggage’s and for elderly people.

✗ Hospitality, rudeness of receptionist, staff, unkind, giving a kitchen but no kitchen utensils, being very stingy with the water, we literally slept thirsty. Rude reception denied us lunch outrightly. Rude receptionist told it is better if we get the room key back to recpetion. The hotel staff dropped the food when coming inside (which was okay, it was a mistake), she then dropped the steak on our floor for the dog outside to eat, we had a huge number of ants all throughout the night. The kettle was really dirty which wasted our 2 bottles and they didn't acknowledge telling us it cannot be (like I am dumb). No coffee tea sachets at all in the room. While eating breakfast I was interrupted to make my payment for last night dinner. Dead flies in all our rooms The steak ordered was burnt. Never going to visit absolutely and recommending to see other properties
