Hotel really clean and room was comfortable and big , inside swiming pool is good and my child really injoy swiming. Reservtion was kind and helpful

aqua park is old and the slide is not standard i tried one of that and i have pain in my neck and back, breakfast is really poor ,the space for breakfast is very small, I asked them to bring bottel of water but they didnt And tell me you must come to restuarent and buy it

Location is a bit out of town (nothing really around)... with one of the taxi apps (e.g. ggtaxi) it is 15-02min / 2 Euro to the center.

Free entry to the small aquapark and sauna which is otherwise very expensive (30 Euro per person if sauna is included). Essentially, if you are two and you want to use the aquapark with sauna every day, your room is almost for free (if you conside the entrance fees for two).

Breakfast is rather strange. Sour cream (smetana), jam, some corn flakes, bread, few pieces of cheese and ham and a sweet yoghurt. Then comes a huge plate of something like pasta and omelette together. We asked if it is possible to have anything instead like just one fried egg or a porridge (kasha) but were told that the cook said no and we can have only these standard plates. There was a nice professional coffee machine but we were told that if we want a coffee from it, even just a simple black one, we have to pay as our standard breakfast includes only a cup of instant Nescafé. The temperature in the room was well above what was acceptable for us and it did not change despite putting the aircon on zero (perhaps it simply did not work). The staff was generally friendly but those at breakfast looked rather desinterested and unmotivated. Finally, the hotel is far away from the city centre and reaching it by public transport is quite an adventure (there is a bus stop 5 min away but you have to cross a highway without a zebra crossing).

This is not a hotel but part of a larger Spa-center and recreational pool. There are many activities to be done on-site and that is the main advantage. There is a gym, an entire aqua park with several pools, both for adults and children as well as a Spa and welness center. Rooms are comfortable, well designed (as well as the atrium) and every detail is thought out. Typical of a 4 star hotel.

The main and the absolute minus here is the human interaction namely the hotel's personel. They're rude, uneducated and completely disorganized, bar a few exceptions. The 'security' personnel seems like they've come from the street from some shantytowns and behave like low-level thugs. They have no knowledge whatsoever at how to communicate with hotel's guests. The reception is also hit or miss. All in all, most of hotel's personel seem to be either under the effect of total ignorance or under their own fear. Breakfast although buffet is very poor. Choices are really basic and almost spartan-like. There aren't fried eggs for example but there is rosted chicked, yes, for breakfast. Horrible. All in all i would recommend this hotel to spend a one day in the Spa but that's it. Don't set your expectations high. It clearly ain't a 4 star hotel. It seems it was built and now it is managed by COMPLETELY different people. When i brought leftovers of previous guest's hair to the administrator of the hotel he answered 'why are you bringing that to me?'. That tells you everything. Other details: - No Wi-fi instructions in the room - There is a phone in the room but no way to call the reception since numbers aren't listed (1040) - The fan in the room №302 is extremely loud, almost broken.
