Passable

✗ The glass door in the shower was faulty and dangerous. When I mentioned it they said it would be fixed when I return in the night. The did not fix the door but instead removed it from its hinges and left it leaning on the wall of the shower. I requested a room change an the room I moved to had a similar problem with the shower door so I decided to turn a blind eye as I wanted to sleep.

✓ The staff is incredible, specially the women! Welcoming, sweet and kind. I appreciated it and felt at home.

✗ The elevators need a workaround immediately. They work very slowly and it gets really hot inside of them. I stayed at the 18th floor, and the elevator to the right would only close doors if I had the 17 button pressed, then I’d have to make sure it would take me to the 18th by pressing it many time because the blue light wasn’t coming on!
