Breakfast was good. Room service was present.

Cigarettes' smoke everywhere (in the room, when opening window, at breakfast from the opened door, in the hall as some employee is smoking close to door and sees no problem in that etc.) Some rooms look at parking lot and are just terrible.

Great breakfast, though freshly squeezed juice wouldn't go amiss. Spacious rooms

Location is bit off the city centre, though a taxi ride takes around 8-9 minutes.

Room is big, bed is comfy, staff is very nice!

location - hotel is far from center, and you need a taxi (short ride) room is although big, but very old and not that clean...

Possibility to eat outside the breakfast hall, in the yeard.

Breakfast needs lots of improvement - it is cold, variety is limited, the quality of bread is low, and it is not fresh; actually, it was difficult to find appropriate food. If not possible to have fried eggs or an omlet, there was nothing for the proper breakfast.

Their breakfast is excellent. Only thing is that the location is cool but little bit far from Republic Square. However, if you can walk for 5 minutes, then you can use the several escalators to reach cascade.

Nothing specific. in my first day I faced some problem with toilet. later they rectified it.

This is really nice place with authentic touch. Clean room, very helpful and friendly staff. I did enjoy the spa center - new sauna is amaising. Dodn't miss it during your stay

I would have recommend to have signs in the public areas for some guests - not to talk on speakerphone, not to watch reels/ videos with the sound on etc.

Awesome contemporary hotel with an amazing swimming pool and sauna. The hotel was quiet, the rooms are clean and cozy. Perfect place to stay in Yerevan.

The floor in the spa zone is quite slippery, I’d appreciate if the hotel could provide good slippers for guests’ safety.

They have a tennis court and you can book a tennis coach Hamlet to play with you. The breakfast is good and the service people in the morning are nice.

On top floor there is a restaurant/night club. It plays until 23 loud music with the bass drum beating relentlessly. I was on 4th floor and it was impossible to fall asleep before they stopped. This happened every single night. After 23 if you are unlucky the noise can continue because the walls do not block sound.
