✓ The very clean rooms, the friendliness of the staff and the lovely view from our room, as well as being put on the second floor. It was a very quiet location, with lovely clean swimming pool and the river was so near and clean. I loved the visiting ducks and bird life.

✗ It did not seem possible for my friend to use her Netflix.

✓ Very comfortable bed and easy access to the outside with the sliding door. Excellent hot water system.

✗ I would have liked some drinking glasses for water. There were only two coffee mugs. They were not in the fridge. I checked. The TV has a very bright standby light underneath the main screen. I had to cover the TV with a towel. I would have like a face washer. There was only a large hand towel which was difficult to wash with.

✗ I found the tv hard to use because I needed to connect my phone to it to get Netflix to work. Perhaps a bigger tv, one with voice control would be more user friendly

Pleasant enough

✓ There was no breakfast. The room was large, clean, had all needed for comfort.

✗ There was a very strong smell, it may have been the towels and sheets having been washed in a strong smelling detergent. It was very overwhelming. Unfortunately I have a lung complaint and it caused me to react badly, and I did not sleep well, even though the bed was very comfortable.
