The location was convenient: the area is quiet, there are a few restaurants around, a supermarket, and a beach is nearby. I also easily joined on a hiking trail from there. The taxi stand is one minute down the street.

The floor in my room remained wet all the time and I had to wear sandals while in the room so that I wouldn't slip.

Check in was fast and easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Views of the marina and bay were breathtaking

There was a moldy smell in the room. The fridge had many rust stains. The bathroom floor had many stains which gave the appearance of not being clean. My room had quite a bit of mosquitoes despite the doors and windows being closed.

Hotel is set in the heart of town, walking distance to everything. it has a lovely chilled / relaxed ambiance. Also offers a lovely range of complimentary teas and coffee. staff were very friendly and helpful.

The working of the tv wasn’t easy to understand. Although you could use your password and sign into your Netflix. Unfortunately my Air con disappointingly didn’t work. It went on initially then the trip switched then it would go on and off within seconds. No body could fix it till the morning and I was leaving that day. I am used to not having air con so it was a luxury I wasn’t able to enjoy on this occasion. The fan above the bed was too high up and didn’t have much affect.

Over all everything was very good,and location was excellent close to everything and that an A plus for me.

I didnt like there wasnt any ice because icemaker was broken..other from that everything was very good.

The room was well appointed and spacious. Despite having a balcony onto the street, it was quiet on Friday night. The reception staff were very helpful and were able to accommodate one of the guests not having their passport as it was still with the boat they were crewing.

It would have been good if breakfast had been available, however the yacht club is close by and offers a reasonably priced selection of options.

very friendly hosts, nice balkony, drinks like tea and water always awailable . i got help with the luggage. nice big room with kitchen and teacooking possibility.

the light at night was not sufficient fot finding the keyhole. the recommendation for the excursion "swimming with stingrays" should not be given. what happens there is very unecological, will damage the rays and the environment . i was very apalled and a bit shocked about the way the animals are unnaturally treated there just in order to amuse the tourists! apart from that i guess that it could be happen that stingrays hurt somebody . and that may be dangerous.

Excellent location, good sized room and spacious bathroom. All the facilities worked well and the bed was very comfortable. We particularly liked the social space in the atrium.

One of the receptionists was not as friendly or helpful as the others and she seemed reluctant to want to store our bags after check-out until our flight later in the day.
