✓ Cost

✗ The place was in disrepair. The vending machine was not In working order. Lastly there was no blanket & only 2 pillows for the king bed. I asked but never got any more pillows or a blanket. The access from the parking lot was not operating so during the day it was propped open…not safe, and at night the key panel did not work so I had to go around the building in order to get inside…also not safe.

I could not stay there. I was traumatized by the boldness of the roaches and the smell of the rooms

✓ Very poor and despicable condition, the sheets have holes in them, the smell of the rooms, and roaches running all over the place. I took pictures and videos to the front desk and told them that I was leaving because I was traumatized. I am very disturbed to see In 2023 an abundant city like New York people are living and conducting business like this. It's a crying shame.

Worst hotel i ever been

✓ The tv worked well.

✗ Customer service was awful!!! He accused us of prostitution. He also locked us out of our room because we had 2 other friends come up with us to hangout. He just overall was a very rude guy. No sodas in the vending machines, elevator barely works, no towels, bed sheets were gross and lighting in the room/bathroom sucked.

✗ A man worker tried to bust in my my room 10mins before checkout time 🤨 Thank god I had the latch on, cause I literally just got out the shower. Not kool at all using they’re keys to open my room door very unprofessional.
