Exceptional
✓ The staff was very welcoming and as soon as I’ve arrived they upgrade me to a better room with all inclusive, the location and the food at the buffet was great!

Relaxing and enjoyable.
✓ Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is close to everything Rhodes town has to offer. I had a lovely view of the sea to the Turkish coast from my balcony.

Pleasant
✓ Room was clean and spacious, plenty of wardrobe space and large bathroom. Beds were comfortable. All staff were very courteous and polite. Great location and the breakfast was very generous with lots to choose from.
✗ In the bathroom, the shower screen was not wide enough and the shower head was placed in the middle of the wall. Sometimes the bathroom floor got flooded as a result. At breakfast the fresh orange juice was very popular and would constantly run out. There would be a long wait to have the dispenser refilled - I would suggest a second bottle be filled so that there would just be a straight swap when one was empty and guests could then have a more constant supply.

The Hotel does not provide a parking lot. However you will be able to park around the hotel or at the big Square which is opposite (Haritos Square or as we know it : the 100 palms square).

All inclusive program includes all meals : breakfast, lunch dinner (all in buffet style), free drinks during meals , all drinks at the main bar & pool bar, free to join the entertainment, free mini bar refilled every 2 days

Good afternoon dear Sabine, The Petit Palais does not offer a parking lot. You will be able to park your car around the area. Oppposite the hotel there is big square you will always find space named "Haritos Square" (aka 100 palm trees square).

Hi there, The parasols and sunbeds are with extra charge at the beach. The charge depends if it is close to the sea or not from 20euro to 30euro or even higher (the set of 2 sunbeds and one parasol)

Yes, but if we have complaints by neighdor Guests we will ask you to be quiret once and then ask you to find another hotel. The restriction is only for the noise and damages made by youngsters due to youth and consumption of alcohol :-D

hi there, The garden rooms have red pebbles and each room are separated by a fence. All rooms have their own area of garden but the garden is common for everyone (likewise the sharing pools)
