The staff made it, because of their generosity of spirit and consideration of foreigner.

✓ The breakfast was ample and the staff delightful, old school Chileans. The hotel was spotlessly clean

✗ The room was small and tired, the single bed rickety was not so comfortable, but I was warm. The bathroom was spotless with plenty of good pressure hot water. To answer below... I got the bus out to Renaco?? With a kamakaze driver

✓ I like the hospitality, really nice people. I also liked that the breakfast was included in the price.

✗ My window didn’t close well so it had a little hole and so I heard everything at night and the wind passed by. they should repair that. Also the price on booking and the price I actually paid wasn’t the same, I was charge almost 20€ more..

Great location, lovely room and excellent value.

✓ The room was super cute with a great window and lots of light, which single rooms often don't have. The bed was very comfortable, the room has plenty of space, and the shower was powerful and warm. Check in was smooth and the location of the hotel was perfect for what I needed as it is near to Miramar metro station. It's also close to lots of bars which was great for me.

✗ There was no toilet roll in the room and I wasn't sure how to track down the host to ask for one. But as I only stayed one night it wasn't a major issue. I saw her at breakfast so obviously it could've been sorted then had I been staying longer.

Good budget option

✓ Staff were really friendly & helpful. Room was much nicer than we expected - good size with a balcony and a super comfy bed.

✗ Breakfast was basic but for the price it was good. Would have been good to have keys for the front gate rather than wait for someone to let you in every time you came back. Area was a little dodgy at night but we got Ubers everywhere which are cheap.
