Perfect short break
✓ I had never been to Fowey before and so picked the hotel by previous reviews and info. So pleased I chose The Old Quay. Right in the middle of the town with shops and restaurants a few steps away. As it describes there is no immediate parking so dropped my luggage and parked ten minutes walk up the road. Didn’t bother using my car for the rest of the stay as didn’t need to on a short trip. All the staff were so lovely and helpful. Breakfast was great. Freshly cooked and a great view of the river from the Restaurant. Lovely room - they thought if everything even eat plugs due to the seagulls! I will definitely visit again.
✗ No complaints at all. It is expensive but you get what you pay for.

A charming hotel in a magical location
✓ Great location to explore the area on foot or by ferry. Wonderful estuary views from the breakfast room and terrace. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Clean room.
✗ Very noisy seagull family right above our window 😉.

As we are a small hotel in the middle of Fowey we do not have a car park. We can however supply a parking permit for The Old Station Road car park which is situated approx 800 yds away at a cost of £6.30 per day.

All of our beds are designed to fit two people but there is an option available to book a room for single occupancy. Look for the symbols of one or two heads and shoulders, this is to differentiate the single occupancy to the double occupancy
