Smooth, and pleasant.
✓ A cosy little cafe at the bottom where I enjoyed good Capaccinos, Good sized room above with balcony to watch the world go by. Scooters for rent at a good price, took me to Merbabu and Merapi. Very friendly and helpful staff to get my onward ticket to Malang. Central location.
✗ Air condition was acceptable, but could have been a bit cooler. Shower takes a full minute or two to heat up, and water stains in bathroom, maybe a quick coat of lacquer will rejuvenate. But still very good.

✓ Everything was amazing, the staff so friendly the food that they sell also is too delicious, easy for rent motorbike with them too. We extend 3 days more our estance.

Besutifully situated North Ubud retreat.
✓ Location away from town close to temple and rice fields. Wonderful friendly family hosts. Views from the rooms. Swimming pool. Actually I lived here for six months I liked it so much!

Home away from Home 🏡
✓ Pak Agung and his team made this property a home away from home. it’s a perfect backpacker style hotel for city slickers who like the comfort of a 3 star hotel but are on a lower budget. the bathroom was clean and bed super comfy! Good coffee with a bakery next door to get your pastries to have with it. Location is perfect for walkers, cyclists and runners! I rented a bicycle and a motorbike from the property- reasonable prices. Lot’s of great info and help from the staff! Highly recommend it for a longer stay A* from me! 😎
✗ The towels 🫣just a personal preference! The WiFi but that’s not a property issue that’s a network provider I guess.

✓ Possibly the comfiest bed i have slept in whilst travelling Asia. Nice cafe downstairs and next door to Via Via for lunches.
