What an incredible experience, once in a lifetime for sure!
✓ The place, the design, the rooms, the food, the bar, the breakfast. It is one of the few places I’ve ever visited in my life with such an energy. Kudos to the management and will definitely be back again!

We had a WONDERFUL stay in this beautiful hotel. I would highly recommend it!
✓ The staff was wonderful, the views from the property were spectacular, the pools were beautiful, the morning breakfast buffet that was included was delicious... loved the fresh pancakes! There are LOTS of monkeys on the property and it was amazing to hear the howler monkeys calling in the trees... and each day at the pool there was a troop of white faced monkeys who made their visit as they went into the trees for the afternoon... what an amazing experience to be so close to them!!!!

Property is beautiful and we saw monkeys and sloths. Good breakfast too.

✗ We had booked a room for two double beds. The management tried to give us one king size bed sofa bed. Made no sense. They said our reservation said one bed. I had been in contact with the people at the hotel regarding a microwave and they sent us a picture of our room prior. What the management had claimed about our booking isn’t showing two double beds was a lie. We made our case and they finally gave us what we booked. Not a good start!

✓ Breakfast was excellent. The pools were wonderful especially the adults only area. I really loved the upgraded room and ocean view.
