Relaxing holiday with too much food

✓ Fantastic beach, great buffet food with large variety. Themed food nights. Also great pizza/gyros/ice cream stands which are included when on all inclusive but also very cheap to purchase if not. Room was clean and comfortable with good shower pressure. We had a side sea view which we didn't book but was great. Full sea view rooms available, spa, multiple pools (also for children) and loads of sitting spaces In sun or shade. Beach loungers and umbrellas included. It's a sandy beach with some pebbles as you enter the water

✗ The beds were a little hard but this seems to be standard in all of Europe.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.

✓ Room was very spacious, modern, with all facilities catered for. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was superb, with a huge selection to choose from. The facilities around the pool were excellent, including great pizza.

✗ Limited choice of drinks Issues with water and internet supply in room but the Reception staff were efficient when dealing with this However the issues above would not stop me from staying there again and we were offered a reduction in the cost of a late checkout in recognition of this. There were Issues with Booking.com's service and misrepresentation of cancellation policy during the booking process and after booking but I must stress that this was not the hotel's fault. The fault laid purely with Booking.com

✓ It was clean and had a friendly atmosphere, as a black female I was a bit worried but when I arrived at the hotel the receptionist was super lovely and all the staff and guest were very friendly and honestly it was thee most peaceful place I have been. I definitely will be back.

A fantastic first-time experience in an all-inclusive hotel

✓ The staff are friendly and our rooms were unexpectedly upgraded from a mountain view to a sea view, and what a view it is! The room is cleaned daily and there are plenty of eateries around the hotel that are included on the inclusive stay, from pizzas to crepes. There are loads of sunbeds, both by the pool and the beach. On the beach you can access watersports activities which are great. The reception can also arrange other activities for you, for example boat trips.

✗ I can't think of anything to complain about, although Faliraki is a bit dead around October - I would recommend visiting Old Town Rhodes for nightlife.
