✓ Great location, late/self check-in was nice and easy. My room was lovely and clean with a coffer maker for two and the shower had hot water. I ended my stay with a filling breakfast.

✓ The place is great. Nice and historic building. The bed and the shower are very good. Very comfy! The breakfast is simple but very tasty.
✗ The room that I stayed was very loud. There is a train lane just behind the hotel. The neighborhood does not seem to be the safest in town. You better watch out during the night.

Lovely Colonial building and close to the center.
✓ The location was very suitable. Some important museums were very close. It was at the edge of the main center, so you could go and come back from the center anytime. The breakfast was excellent, although it as same all the time, but for the short stay it does not matter. It was very tasty and typical Costa Rican and also enough.
✗ The bathroom was a bit too small.
