✓ This a wonderful house with everything you need or want. Clean, warm, welcoming. The alpacas were adorable. Angrla was very knowledgeable and told us so much about them

✓ The farmstay is a very lovely place just 10 minutes from central Dunedin. House was really spacious and cosy, kitchen was well equipped. The alpacas were a real treat for the children. We had a great time.

Great farm location not far from the city centre. Much fun had feeding the Alpacas. Roomy warm home.
✓ Lovely outlook over other farms and part of Dunedin. Roomy house, comfortable beds and big kitchen. Morning sun floods into the living area in the morning making it hard to leave. Great fun feeding the Alpacas.

We have one TV in the Lounge (which has SKY Tv) and a second in the kitchen/dining area. There are no TVs in bedrooms.

Yes we have 2. Once in the ensuite and the other in the bathroom.

Yes there are. We have one in the ensuite which is connected to the main bedroom, and one in the hall.
