It’s a 3 star, if this place is cheap, then book it. Just don’t over pay.
✓ Close walk to shopping and MRT. Staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable.
✗ This isn’t really a 4 star, they don’t even give you hand towels or wash clothes. What 4 star would do that? The interior of the apartments are 2 or 3 star level cheap furniture, pretty beat-up, as cheap as possible and limited kitchen furnishings. The pictures are 40% better than in real life, to area for the bathtub is pointless and not really useable.

Well, I think I’ll still stay there again. But I shall make sure they will do the cleaning as booked.
✓ The location is convenient as it is 10 minutes walk to shopping centres and the tube station. The view is nice as my unit is facing the road, the hospital is at the far back on the other side, so the view is open and green. The unit has a ceiling to floor glass wall which makes the room very bright. The room is practical as there is a kitchenette, a big fridge, a small square table for eating and another working table in front of the glass wall.
✗ The glass wall need a good clean outside, very dirty. There is suppose room cleaning twice a week. I stayed for 8 nights, they never came once, even I had asked the reception staff to come just one time with the date and time booked, but nobody showed up.

I enjoyed my first 16 days stay in Singapore here, I will recommand it.
✓ Room is very good, I love the balcony, and views is excellent too. The room is spacious for 1-2 person, and Location in Novena is convient.

Hi, Yes you can stay in the Executive studio and your 9 year old child can shared the same bed with parents free of charge. In case you need an extra mattress, there is an additional charge of SGD 21.4 per night for the extra mattress. Kind regards.
