Very poor
✗ When I booked this hotel through booking.com, I was confident I would get to the Amanjaya Pancam Suites Hotel, which I had been to before, but unfortunately could not recall its name. It’s on the corner of the same street. A photo of the room in the description was taken from this hotel exactly. You can check it yourself. Consequently, I couldn't stay there: there was no sense of cleanliness, the AC didn't work, and the mood after a long journey was ruined. As soon as I booked the Amanjaya Pancam Suites Hotel, I moved there.

✗ I paid for a terrace view but was given a back view but it's okay the room was clean.

✗ There was building site next door. Concrete breaking machines from 7 in the morning. I had to check out. This work could take months.
