I think the overall stay was good. Reception last was very nice , professional , co-operative and caring.Her name was Hnin (please forgive me if I have wrong spelling of her name ).

I was not able to adjust room temperature and lights.

Good stay except the late checkout mess-up

Location of the hotel is Good. the staff from restaurant - Pankaj, Sunita; were really kind.

I had paid extra for late checkout, and I was told by the reception staff that I can checkout latest by 6 pm. However, the reception staff called me at 4 pm and asked to checkout or pay more. this was extremely bad on the part of the hotel.

I like the most the rapid response of any staff upon my request. How friendly the room service Ajith who was very clean, honest and respectable during my whole accomodation for the 20 days. I like that the room was having a desk including English Quraan, the bed is very comfy, the bathroom is always clean, the AC is very good. Also the location of the hotel is perfect, there is Nesto hypermarket, Shiekh Zayed huge mosque, nice non-brand cafes and restaurants surrunding the hotel. In which it is not over expensive for a location full of hotels. Also a petrol station beside the hotel. The quite, calm and non crowd surrunding the hotel location. I like how there was free parking all the 24 hours with an automatic availble gate. Also the roof pool staff is very friendly especially Shidu the life guard.

I didn't like the strengh of the toilet flash which is not very high quality, Also for room 431 one of the electric plugs was not stable and sometimes its electric goes off for 2 seconds and continously need my attention when I charge my mobile. The crowns of the water bottles are hardly open. The parking sometimes smells bad and it has a section of storage beside the cars.. in which doen't look good for parking appearance. However such things didn't harm me except for the smell and the appearance.. as such appearance is not good to be shown for vip guests. I recommend to upgrade the rooms furnitues as it looks old. However they were in perfect status.
