✓ The staff and the location are very good

✗ I had to slam the door of my room to make sure it was locked. Besides the feeling of insecurity, it certainly bothered the other guests.

✓ nothing. my shower wasn’t working I politely asked for someone to have a look and they told me I had to wait until someone was available. past 1 hour I asked to change my room as I had to have a shower because I had an appointment. they said no. I just booked another hotel and left as towels weren’t clean, sheets with stains and shower wasn’t working.

✗ I was disappointed with service. I called in Mid night receptionist desk telling about food poisoning. I was told that I have to wait 7 am to buy medicine. i offered to pay motorboy, and no solution was provided. There is a lack of empathy and customer solution oriented. The hotel lack of bottle of water for 2 days. 2 days no hot water
