AS most of the bedrooms in Andorra, there's no A/C. This specific weekend was tough, but at least they provided a fan (something other hotels don't).

I was traveling with a UCI Mountain Bike Team for the World Cup. My wife joined me from Ireland taking the bus from Barcelona to the nearest town and then a short bus journey to the hotel. She had a great journey and was very welcomed by the hotel staff. We used the pools restaurants and bar and found the staff really helpfully. There is a very relaxed atmosphere through out the hotel while delivering excellent customer service. We had a room with a balcony onto the main road on the 3rd floor. It catches the morning sun until 12 on the front of the hotel and this was great as my wife worked from her laptop each morning in the room. Exceptional stay.

too hot. there was something wrong. The heater was out but the room was freaking hot - even by having the balcony door open for hours. Couldnt sleep well as of dry and hot air.

Hello! I drive a van, can I park in the property? What are the maximum measures allowed? Would you have dinner available on the 24/12? Reservation?

We have parking spaces with a supplement of 15 eur./1 day (taxes not included). The hotel does not serve dinner but they have a wide range of restaurants of all kinds in La Massana where you can choose. christina }:)

If I was to book two rooms could you make sure they are next to each other or in the same location? Or if you have interconnected rooms?

We have connecting rooms provided that 2 adults + 2 children under 10 stay in the room. This room type appears as a triple room. If you are 4 adults, this type of room is not possible and you must choose 2 double rooms. Christine} :)
