A nice and clean hotel near underground stations.

✗ My first night in the noisy room was a disappointment. After that the staff gave me a silent room and thanks for it.

✗ The first night I stayed in a super small bedroom, in the basement and without a window. Made a complain about it and was moved to a wonderful bedroom at the second. floor.

✓ The staff were friendly and very helpful. They helped to bring my luggage to the room and were attentive in every interaction. The family room was very cosy - although it was a small space it was well laid out and gave enough space for all our belongings (4 of us) and privacy - we had two separate rooms, with one being a few steps down. The bed was very comfortable! We were all happy.

✗ The breakfast room was quite crammed. I went during Notting Hill Carnival weekend so understood it was a busy period, however a bigger room would be ideal. The breakfast itself was ok.
