✓ The location is great, there is easy access to several metro and bus lines to get to other parts of Seoul. In the vicinity are a lot of lovely shops, restaurants and cafés plus there is Seoul forest. The property has all amenities one needs and is very well kept. The rooftop is great for spending a few hours in the evenings in summer. The host was very welcoming and helpful. We could contact him easily at all (reasonable) times. Would definitely go there again when visiting Seoul.

✗ It’s not really criticism, but if there were a rain roof on the rooftop one could spend time on the rainy and warm days.

Exceptional

✓ From a double private room, I moved to a dorm because there were no other rooms available when I extended my stay in Seoul. I was hesitant at first because I've never stayed at a dorm before but it was good experience. My roommates were quiet and respectful. The common bathroom was small but it had everything you need! The products provided were even better than what some hotels provided, honestly.

✓ The owner and staff were very nice, warm, and accommodating. The location was great! The rooms are quite small but they are very clean and homey. I would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed using the rooftop. We brought our takeout meals there. The common area was practical for budget and solo travelers and was clean and organized.

✗ The bed needs replacing because I can already feel the bed springs or maybe a bed topper would do the trick. I used the duvet as a bed topper and wrapped myself like a burrito (lol!) as a blanket

✓ Amazing owner. He kindly changed my bed after I asked for. The shared rooms are very small but it's obvious on the pictures. Great location. Near the forest and lost of cute restaurants and Cafes.
