First of all we would like to apologize for the inconveniences we might have caused during your stay and for our response not being entirely up to your needs. As per your queries we would like to inform that, unfortunately, we did not have any records on the WI-FI connection complaint making it more difficult to take action efficiently and provide better service. We would also like to add that our air conditioning units do not have the heating functionality due to the fact that Luanda is a city with a tropical climate. Nonetheless, we do hope that we can look forward to welcoming you back to the Baía Hotel in the near future and provide you a wonderful experience. When in Hotel Baía, there is the possibility to charge items to the room if a deposit is made in advance. This information is provided by our Front Office team upon guest’s arrival. We would like to apologize if the available option did not meet your expectations. Regarding temperature in the rooms, due to the fact that Luanda is a city with a tropical climate, our air conditioning units do not have the heating functionality.
